Right of withdrawal

Changed your mind? You have 14 days per credit purchase.

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from each credit purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The quickest way is the online form below; you can also send us a clear statement by email or by post. We refund what is due within 14 days.

Withdraw online

This is the online withdrawal function required by article L221-21 of the French Consumer Code. No phone call, no letter, no account needed: your name and email address are enough.

The address of your Evanesca account, so we can find the credit purchase and reply to you.

How to withdraw

  1. Tell us before the 14 days are overThe quickest way is the online form at the top of this page. You can also send a clear statement that you withdraw: by email to contact@fleeceai.agency, from the address of your account, or by post to FLEECE AI — Evanesca, 10 rue Pierre Poisson, 63400 Chamalières, France. Say which credit purchase it is — its date and amount, shown on the invoice emailed with every credit purchase. Using the model form is optional.
  2. We confirm receiptThe online form sends you an acknowledgement by email, with the date and time of your withdrawal. By email or post, we reply by email with the date we received it.
  3. We refund youWithin 14 days of receiving it, by the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you (French Consumer Code, art. L221-24).

The form at the top of this page is the “withdraw from contract here” function, required for contracts concluded online since 19 June 2026 (Directive (EU) 2023/2673, which adds article 11a to Directive 2011/83/EU). Your account links to it too, under the same words.

What is refunded

Each credit purchase is a contract of its own, with its own 14 days, counted from the day you paid for it (French Consumer Code, art. L221-18).

The usual case

You asked for an immediate start

Before paying, you are asked to request that the service start without waiting for the 14 days to pass — that is what makes the credit usable straight away. If you then withdraw, you owe the credit already used, and we refund the credit you have not used (art. L221-25).

For example: you add €10 of credit, then use €3 of credit before you withdraw: we refund €7.

Otherwise

That request was not collected

Without a recorded request for an immediate start, you owe nothing for the service already provided: we refund the whole credit purchase, and remove from your balance the credit left from it.

Who can withdraw

The right of withdrawal belongs to consumers — people acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession (French Consumer Code, preliminary article). It does not apply to credit purchases made for professional purposes, such as those of a Business workspace.
